Terms & Conditions


Although we have compiled some removals packages we need to stipulate some terms and conditions surrounding these packages. Each package is based on a local area removals service (Based within the 10 free mile radius) and the property type. Any additional mileage required outside the radius will be charged at £1.00 per mile there after. Each property varies in the amount of furniture and contents which will vary load amounts on our luton vans. We have divised this solution based on our property key which is as follows:

1-2 bedroom property = 1 load

3 bedrrom property = 2 loads

4-5 bedroom property = 3 loads

The cleaning service cannot be directly quoted as property cleanliness varies from property to property, we have divised the solution based upon 4 hours of cleaners time which can be used how ever you see fit. If you request the property at the other side to be cleaned before the removal service then we have to adjust any traveling costs to compensate for the time it takes to allow the cleaner to arrive at the address. The cleaner will follow your instructions as per what you require and that person will inform you of what is possiblwe within the given time frame. If any further hours are required then the price of the package has to be adjusted accordingly.

The free packing boxes supplied will also be dependant on the package details and we will provide a minimum of 10 free boxes providing you purchased one of our comprehensive packages.

Each package is subject to quotation prior to the removals service to ensure an accurate costings procedure.

The Removals Service

We understand that moving house can be stressful and we are here to make your day proceed as stress free as possible. However we do NOT tolerate abuse to our staff, we will provide absolute courtesy to all our customers and all we ask in return is the same. If we feel that we are being threatened or in any danger we hold the right to withhold our service and you will be still liable for the costs of the service and in severe cases will call upon the police.

We also hold the right to cancel a service at short notice in case of a equipment error, we will return any deposits but we cannot compensate the customer inb case this happens, if you would like to discuss these terms and conditions then call our duty manager on (01482) 224100
